The service
MakeBanq provides technology for investing creators to publish educational content and display information from connected brokerages. These draft terms require owner approval before being adopted as the public service agreement. They do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge.
Educational information
Creator opinions and account data are educational information, not personalized investment advice or an instruction to trade. MakeBanq does not execute trades, hold investment assets, or manage portfolios through this website. You are responsible for investment decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice when needed. Past performance does not predict or guarantee future returns.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and use only accounts and brokerage connections you are authorized to access. Keep login details private. Do not impersonate another person, share access to private accounts, or attempt to defeat another account’s privacy controls. Contact MakeBanq promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
Brokerage verification
A connected account identifies a data source; it does not certify a creator’s expertise, endorsement, or likelihood of success. Reports can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Balance changes can reflect deposits or withdrawals and are not equivalent to investment returns. Creators choose which supported information to share.
Creator content and conduct
Creators remain responsible for their content, rights to uploaded material, accuracy of statements, and relevant conflict or sponsorship disclosures. Do not upload material you have no right to use; fabricate track records; promote market manipulation; harass users; or post private information without authorization. MakeBanq may restrict content or access when necessary to address abuse or operate the service.
Content permissions
Creators retain ownership of their original content. Publishing allows MakeBanq to host, store, and display that content to the audience selected through the platform. This permission is limited to providing the service and maintaining necessary operational copies. Other users may view content they are authorized to access; they do not acquire ownership or permission to redistribute it.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid checkout and creator payouts are not currently enabled in this release. A displayed proposed subscription price, saved creator, or waitlist application does not authorize a charge. Payment terms, price, renewal frequency, and cancellation options must be shown at an operational checkout before any future purchase. Do not treat existing access records as proof that a payment was collected.
Availability and third-party services
MakeBanq depends on hosting, authentication, brokerage, and market-data providers. Features can be interrupted or changed, and continuous availability or complete data is not guaranteed. Third-party links, sign-in providers, and brokerage connections have separate terms. Check information with its original source before relying on it.
Leaving the service
You may stop using MakeBanq and request account deletion through support. Any future paid subscription must also be canceled through its stated billing process. Data removal can be subject to legitimate security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, as explained in the privacy policy.
